This project implemented an L-shaped prototype designed to serve 900 students, ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade. This 105,000 SF, three-story, steel frame and masonry construction building  was built to achieve LEED for Schools’ “Silver” level certification, including 25% of a two-level, extensive, green roof.
